Moldova. Next on their list.Transnistria, yes, but Moldova has little strategic value. Western Ukraine includes a portion of the Carpathians and decreases the defensive western client state border by half. Moldova is not on a path to the Mariupol to Baku salient - where Staligrad was fought.
