So, say some gangbangers break into your house (you did nothing to provoke them). They take over half your house, abuse your family, and wreck the rest of your house. You, rightfully and understandably, fight back.
After a while, the gangbangers say, “If you stop fighting back, and put your house in a trust with the provision that you can’t sell it without our permission; and you relinquish that part of your house we have taken over, and accept and recognize that it is now ours, we’ll stop our attack to take your whole house and kill you and your family.”
You have a choice: You can say, “Over my dead body!” or, “Okay, you can have it.”

Sure let’s use your gangbanger analogy. If I have been cutting and popping off gangbangers since 2014, then I wouldn’t be surprised when the gangbangers break into my house in 2022.
