Freezers and fridges, including the wine fridge, will be fine.
In a prior home we had the big backup LP Generac. While it was fairly quiet running, it was far from silent. When the power was out, the neighbors (and we inside) could hear it.
There might be times when you don’t want that.
I really like what Legion Solar is doing. Working on saving for a large lithium-ion battery bank so I can go completely grid free. Most people with just solar don’t realize they don’t work when the power is out. Battery banks and energy storage is key.
