No, I don’t think so. QFS would certainly not be coming from Breton Woods or any central banker. It’s been about a year since Ive listened to Charlie Ward, but the gist I got was that it was a White Hat deal where “they” (again…who are “they?”) were recovering the gold stolen throughout the centuries (most stored at the Vatican) and base this new, global “Quantum rainbow” currency on it. And then Ward would throw around the terms NESARA and GESARA, which means something to him and others like Scott McKay, et c, but I don’t understand it. Maybe some others here can explain it. If it’s legit, it sounds pretty cool. Otherwise, it sounds like science fiction.
