My husband used to deliver the newspaper to George Romney in Michigan...never got a tip.
My grandmother was a 3rd generation Mormon, her mom having traveled with Brigham Young. Thank God my mom started going to a different church as a teen.

This massacre started on Sept 11, 1857.
Sally Denton is of Mormon descent and doesn’t hold back. Lots of other interesting info in the book too.

There is corruption and there are crimes in all of them just like the rest of life.
There’s a Sherlock Holmes story that involves the Mormons, based partly in truth. I forget the name of it.
