Shackleton was a man who knew how to bring out the best in men and prided himself on being an extremely good judge of character. His men loved him and trusted him. I loved reading “Endurance.” Mind boggling hardship and perseverance.
‘Endurance’ is a great book.
I think I need to read it again.
