My prediction: if the GOP gets any guts at all it will revive these lawfare tactics and use them against the party of Rebellion, Secession, and Slavery. There is no reason that the democRATs should not get the same treatment, except for things that they REALLY did. But I am afraid that the GOP, excluding Trump, does not have the guts to punch back.
