The turn out of people on the overpasses, and at the rest stops has been incredible!
I went to the stopover point last night to see the northern convoy.
They’re asking locals to not mob the place as it’s on a two lane county road, already known for many t-bone wrecks due to intersecting smaller roads with poor visibility for turning cars.
From what I’m reading, they’re hoping non-convoy people will stay away as it’s going to be chaos considering the relativity small and rural access to the parking lot.
I may try to go and take a side road that is up above the lot.
The photos I got last night might be all I can get.
People are already gathering up crowds for all the overpasses when the western convoy comes down I70E this afternoon/early evening.
If thousands of vehicles show up, I have no idea where they’ll put them.
