I've seen it during my 25 years at a big city hospital. Constant smacking of the lips was the one I saw most often. Also saw a lot of Tourette’s Syndrome. The first one I ever saw was a white guy who'd shout racial obscenities in a waiting room full of black people. The charge nurse had to take a couple of big,burly black guys aside who were about to kick his a$$ and give them a crash course on *that* particular neurological disorder.
