They didn’t when we killed some of their solders in Syria..By all means we can’t institute a no fly zone now but when this first started up before Russia launched the attack we could have put 20,000 troops in there and I don’t think Putin would have attacked.. The Ukrainians are putting up a fierce fight.. I didn’t notice whether the Ukraine’s had any tanks or not.
