I guess it varies by state?

I wonder what Texas says about solar installations, whether someone can have a totally off-grid system.... or leave a few items connected.

In Florida, it even varies by municipality. There is a town not far from me that has its own electric provider, that actually prohibits residential solar installations. Glad we don’t live there!
