Bill Barr is a KNOWN LIAR, and NOTHING he says is credible. He was a total CIA PLANT in the Trump administration.
He was neck-deep in the CIA's drug trafficking centered in Mena Arkansas and also Panama and Florida. Barr was a young CIA attorney when GHWB became DCIA, and went downhill from there.
This was all described with great credibility by CIA whistleblower, Terry Reed in his essential book: Compromised: Clinton, Bush and the CIA Hardcover - February 1, 1994 by Terry Reed (Author), John Cummings (Author)
Cody Snodgres also places him at CIA drug operations.

I don’t know if Barr is a WH, BH or leveraged hat, but when the Trump team/Q said “We have it all” 16 times, it makes me wonder how far back they have it all. If they truly HAVE IT ALL for many years back, then they also have the dirt on Barr, and may have forced him into service and leveraged him to do some limited amount of good (end Mueller and a couple of other things).
I believe that Team Trump knew what they were getting with Barr. Maybe they told him that, in return for the limited amount of good, he wouldn’t be held accountable for his part in the “ALL” and could even benefit from his time with PDJT (the usual DS book deal afterwards). We could really use a program to identify the players on each team and their roles.
