I would ask that you temper the inclination for personal insults. Focus on the content of our discussion for a bit.

Let’s be honest. The Commandments are partially kept. In other words, people don’t violate all Commandments at all times. And we keep them because they’re written in our hearts.

I disagree that we should abandon all efforts to do what God says. In fact if we do this, it leads to the one unpardonable sin.

The greater the adherence to the Ten Commandments, the more success and peace a society has.

Really, not what the Lord said about it, but since rules are all you got, 'partially' keeping rules isn't keeping them at all if honesty was your point. What is the final point of keeping the Law? No one is justified by the Law. That's why the Bible isn't about a book of rules unless you are just too stupid (as I already suggested you were for this discussion) or your theology is bad. I believe you have both issues.
