Your recipe above looks good although I’d probably substitute the shrimp with sausage or chicken. I like shrimp, but mostly breaded & deep fried with a side of tartar sauce. Of course, comment #9 above looks VERY edible!
I’m also a big fan of quarter pound Nathan’s Frank’s with a quality mac & cheese side as a meal. Heck, I just like hot dogs.
Nathan’s are great. So are Hebrew National. Those are about the best ones I know of in our area.
