The cruelty is the point
Isn’t she a private citizen? They are doing it to be cruel.

It is unlikely that this particular group of text messages were part of the tranche of documents that Trump sued to keep secret from the National Archives.... The case in which Justice Thomas was the lone dissent from his perch in the Supreme Court.
Those documents.. of which most have not been revealed.. were official White House communications and records, not personal communications which these texts appear to be. (3)
Remember Meadows voluntarily handed over thousands of documents, including text messages, to the committee when he was initially cooperating with their investigation. It is likely that this is where these texts came from. (4)
I am not a lawyer and/or scholar so I cannot speak to the conflict of interest that may or may not exist with Justice Thomas ruling on any matter before the committee conducting an investigation which is wife is not at least a small part of. (5)
I am just making it clear that THESE texts.. between Ginni Thomas and Mark Meadows are likely not part of the documents that Justice Thomas ruled should not be released to the committee. (6)
