So basically, Republicans are ‘racist’ if they ask Judge Jackson anything about her actual judicial record.

I just turned TV on to see Lindsey Graham asking Jackson if she knew that Democrats filibustered Justice Janice Brown for two years when Bush nominated her to court of appeals, and that Joe Biden said if she was nominated to the SC he would filibuster her forever. SHE LIED and said she didn’t know that!
Now he’s talking about her joining a group and filing for terrorist to be released from Gitmo. She’s trying to weasel out by saying that what she wrote and signed wasn’t her idea.

Now he’s talking about Michelle Childs which she claims to not know about.

He says that the people that wanted her, Jackson, want to pack the Court and don’t like the Constitution.

Durham is fact checking Graham and Graham is mad!
