As I look back at Carter, he was a much better Prez than Bye-done will ever be.
Carter’s problem, IIRC, was micro-managing everything.
His own party sabotaged him.

Carter is a better former President. Did a lot of homes for humanity. I do believe he is Anti-semantic.
