What brand is it?
Miele has been making them for a while. I was looking at a Wolf, to match the range I’m getting. After reading about the steam oven, I thought maybe that would be better to get and then get the 36” range, instead of the 48”.
Commercial baking ovens use steam to bake bread. But it looks like these home ovens were primarily developed for cooking all sorts of other things. But it’s the bread capability I’d be most interested in.
Yeah - I never heard of them until I was looking at all the Wolf products and saw one.
