The staff to patient ratios are bad enough as it is.
As of 3/01/22, I am officially semi-retired, and working 3 days a week from now on.
I may fully retire very soon, but the heating (price of oil)
needs in Maine can continue right into May, sometimes.
Oil is skyrocketing a it is, and I am afraid to do it just now.
That being said, I am mentally and physically EXHAUSTED from all this Covid B.S.

I’m glad you are cutting down on hours, need to take care of your health. I understand about the cost of heating. I’m retired, but if my grocery and gas bills keep going up I might have to look for a part time job.
