Just thinking out loud here.

If Wisconsin decertifies, then their electors come off of Biden’s total. They do not get added to Trump’s total.

If a few other states do the same thing, then Biden’s total can drop below 270.

Then he cannot have won the 2020 election.

So then what? This has not happened before.

What will Congress do?

Maybe we could have a new Presidential election in November, and the four year term starts in January 2023.

The next eight months are going to be wild!

Would the election revert back to the state legislatures who would each get one vote each?

Pubbies control more of the state legislatures so they should vote for Trump, but would they?

I would think so after the disaster Bye-done has been.

And at the rate this Regime is going will we even have a country by the time all the decertification happens?
