I bought way too much Parmesan cheese, LOL.
Costco had Kirkland 24 Mon Parmesan for $12/lb. BelGioioso 24 Mon was $6. Weird, so I decided to try it. It didn’t have the thick rind thevKirkland cheese has so maybe it’s not authentic. I’m having a taste test today

The last, really good aged Parm I bought was from Trader Joe’s.
I have not tried the Kirkland 24 mo old, yet.
