My husband was just saying that Putin didn’t do anything because he was scared of what Trump would do in retaliation. He said something about him being a loose cannon. I said no, he is the most cautious and methodical person, thinking before and after each step. He just wanted people to think he was a loose cannon. Putin in particular

I guess so - I had to look it up. Snow last night but barely below freezing. And super cold tonight.
The local animal shelter is telling people to bring animals inside or provide shelter. And “not just a box”. So apparently they recognize all the suffering here but don’t want to work with me to get animals out of the area. But I’m not giving up. I haven’t visited every rescue and shelter with my printouts of the plan yet.
