I am not here to tell you Russia is wonderful but seriously Russia is supposed to bend over for Joe Biden and take Ukraine joining NATO it is like Canada or Mexico joining a military alliance with a foreign power on our southern border.
In 1917 Woodrow Wilson got this Zimmerman Telegram from Germany proposing a military alliance with Mexico should the US get into World War I.
Mexico would get lands like Texas back under the alliance.

I think one should be very careful before you jump onto any newly popular bandwagon. This goes for members of both parties. Right now, bashing Russia is ‘popular’, even expected. Some American stores have even stopped selling Russian Vodka. Let’s think before we decide how to express our objection to the invasion of Ukraine.
Of course, we have to keep a weather eye on Russia, the center of the former Soviet Union. This need for caution will always be so. We don’t need to go overboard proving our awareness of Red Russia to each other.
