I know strange things like this can make one curious. No harm in that. But I have seen some Christians get deep into esoteric, unknowable things - to the point where it dominates their thought life. Maybe it is intoxicating if one thinks one has special knowledge about some “secret” or other. But it isn’t healthy.
Very true. Not saying the OP is guilty of this, but many Bible newbies and others that are not well grounded in solid biblical study tend to want to focus on the same two things: the Book of Revelation and the Nephilim.
I completely agree. The Bible is full of things I don’t understand, and it seems no one understands. I don’t think that I will be judged on these things.
However, some things that Jesus taught are very plain. Love God and your neighbors. Forgive others. I struggle with these things. I need to focus my attention on loving God, loving my neighbor, and forgiving others.
Yep, good point. The bottom line is that God is supreme, we are fleshly trash and salvation through Jesus is the only way to be redeemed, have faith and know God. Everything else is a distraction.
