Musk has been running a company that makes no money... None. GM has apparently lost it’s mind and will now take over the ‘electric’ car market and Tesla will be toast... Electric cars will continue to be a very small market that has no business even existing at this point.

Electric cars will be viable when the tech advances and batteries become cheaper... Until then, it’s a waste of money and essentially a market for rich liberals who already own several gas guzzling vehicles in their 4 car garages.

Ya, Elon has become the richest man in the world because his companies make no money. If that makes sense to you, you might be a moron.

Elon loves China. He's great about bashing US politicians and trolling people. But, he knows not to bash China. Without China, he wouldn't be bringing in the dough. The costs of production so far in the US have been very high. The new production facilities in the us will have a tough time.

Salaries are costs, not profits. How much does Musk earn in salary as CEO of Tesla?

That is a small part of the answer to your quandary.
