The Ukes have been dirty ever since the Clintoon years. It very quickly turned into a money laundering/scamming/skimming operation for our congress and all its friends. They used the Yasser Arafat system of skimming a little off the top of every bit of aid money from us to them. Ask yourself how the Ukes got so modernized in such a short time, 30 years or less. A lot like Afganyland. We’ll never be able to count the number of aid/recovery/development programs we’ve financed.
