An old friend that used to work at Digital Equipment Corporation lives in Reno. He’s been complaining about the real estate situation there for at least a couple of four years now.

I bought our house on 6.4 acres of land in central MA for $136,000. It’s now worth $405,000.

That’s going to come in handy when I move to NH.
