It’s in Oklahoma. Mostly, the wind blew the sleet off the roofs & out of the gutters on those roofs, where it then got blown up against walls, fences, etc. and accumulated. Wind has been from the pits of Hell for a couple of days now. Ready for it to stop!
I very much want to have an old-fashioned wood-burning stove installed this spring or summer. Not so much for myself, as for the parrot. Yes, I am a sap. Would never guess it to look at me. Heh. :-)
Is your household you and parrot? Parrots are very interesting birds; I knew someone with a parrot. The parrot was very loyal to this person and considered other people as potential enemies. It bit me once. :-D
Is there firewood in OK? I only drove through once or twice and don’t remember forests at all.
We are just outside of Guthrie. Hubby went out to feed the critters and rushed back in. Brrrrr! Definitely no driving for us until Friday.
