There sure is a lack of casualty figures being bandied about. I think it's because it's just a bunch of ballyhoo. So much theater is going on. War is deception. As to what the Russians are doing it seems to be highly precise and practiced. That could flatten the whole country and they haven't even attacked infrastructure as far as I know.

I was just saying there have been little to no infrastructure attacks. If Russia wanted to bring Ukraine to it's knees it would have already happened. Something very precise is going on. If the SOC (Self Organizing Collective aka Q) is involved here I can see why the Russians are being careful not to kill civilians.
I don't think Q meant just Americans when they said:
