Necessary for what? EVs? They aren’t necessary.
And oh, those regulations! They can be changed.
If the US completely swapped over to EVs automobiles, do we have enough current grid capacity to power them all?
And I said until those regulations are changed. They can be changed, but are their enough people in DC with the will to change them?
