Trump and the MAGA movement are busy taking over the R party. The dem party are the ideological movers and shakers and they’re the ones that need to be stopped. Disagree all you want but I think the urge most people have to simply destroy the R party is based upon the emotionalsim of frustration and disappointment and not sound strategic thinking.
People who think if we just destroy the R party unicorns will fly and flowers will be everywhere and then everyone will respect the Constitution again is flawed thinking. The D’s are the ideological force that are moving authoritarianism forward, the RINO’s are a managable managable problem. It is the dem party that has to be utterly destroyed as it is now composed.

No, because he intends to take it over and turn it into the MAGA party, if we destroy it then there is no established platform for us from which to govern thus it is not a good idea to destroy the R party. Destroy individual RINO’s electorally in the primaries as many as possible each election cycle, I’m all for that, but we need the infrastructure of the R party from which to govern and make our case that we’re the party to follow for people who want their full Constitutional rights respected and protected.
