Ironically I prefer Burger King over Wendy's burgers. And haven't eaten a McDonald's burger in many years.

But is everyone in the long line spending as much as previously?
Personally, I spend less on fast food than I used to. For example, I sometimes, get a chicken sandwich, and skip the fries and drink. Those combo meals aren’t worth it to me personally, as the prices have gotten higher and higher.

I used a double cheeseburger meal coupon for $3.00 yesterday. I'm not cheap, just frugal.

” The chicken sandwich at Popeyes is Ok. Just don’t get the spicy.”
Every time I’m at Popeye’s , I always realize I’m the only “non BRUTHA’” in a line-up 20 man deep...

I’m an unapologetic cheapskate. Nothing wrong with saving money. Most people are snobs to coupons but I’m not. I’ve used ALL coupons on the BK flyer $5 and below. People don’t realize the Whopper ALONE is $8.99 in L.A. To get it $5 with a coupon AND fries plus drink is a no-brainer.

USPS leaves those flyers that MOST people discard. I get those Burger King flyers too. I had to laugh, last month the five coupons on the left hand side of the flyer were missing. It looked like it was cut with scissors. The mailman must have been hungry.

They didn’t do their market research. I don’t know know what they did wrong, other than too much cost cutting.

Many years ago a whopper was Yuge. Now they are little but cost much more.
Used to buy them In Elizabethtown KY for my husband who was in basic at Fort Knox.

Why haven’t they canceled the ethnic-slur-sounding term “whopper” yet? [/S] ;-P

I was going to order a set of wheels for my old car. I called Coker Tire two weeks ago and got a quote for four wheels, center caps, valve stems and lug nuts. I received an email a few days ago from Coker, prices going up between 5 and 25 percent on their products. Guess I’m going to try and find some used ones. Thanks to our politicians. They know our votes don’t matter and they do whatever they can to drive this country over the cliff.

I dread checking on a set of tires and wheels for my old K5 .
Might be a while before I am to working on it anyway.
At least I got tires and wheels for the Jeeps that sit sometime back.

Whopper == Flopper
These are kids-level food things.
Plenty of better chain offerings that have actual real food, fresh.
