That was great advice and I did that and, in spite of being connected to a US server through my VPN, I got the message “App not available. This app is currently not available in your country or region.” I think Apple can tell from my phone ID that I’m a Canadian user and they may be the ones preventing me from downloading the app. That would certainly be a poor business model by the Trump organization as a long-term plan, so I imagine it’s a temporary restriction by somebody until Americans get to sign up.
I’m sorry to hear that LL. You’re more American than many USA citizens.
