Thanks and I’m so sorry about your buddy.

All three of mine gave me time. My old JRT tore his ACL at 13. I had the surgery done and it was a success, but the other leg started to atrophy. The specialist in Knoxville said the surgery caused autoimmune disease of the nervous system. It eventually destroyed his liver. My old Bloodhound had terrible arthritis at age 12. That’s extremely old for a 150-pound Bloodhound. It became untreatable to the point he couldn’t sit. Now Taterbug. I’m extremely glad none were sudden and none of them were young. My heart would never survive that many so close together.

Thank you! I have never had cats except for the old barn cats that would come and go. I don’t dislike cats but I haven’t ever had one to get to know. Once my dogs are gone, I won’t have any more dogs. If my two little house dogs live full lives, I will be close to 80 when they pass. I might get an older house cat then to keep me company.

Dog slide. I'm so sorry to hear your pup is feeling poorly TC. My dog died of cancer also and it was very painful for her. Towards the end, I had gotten a book on dog cancer and was making her food for her according to the book: sweet potatoes, ground lamb, brown rice, yogurt, blueberries. She never stopped eating, but she had days that she was in immense pain that was difficult to watch. Even with that, I let her go until I could see she was losing hope. She had lost use of one foreleg, but one morning I could see it had moved into her spine because she began losing control of her back legs too.

The best advice I received from that book was on how to prepare for the end. I sat on the floor with her and brushed her and told her her life story... from the first time I saw her up until the present. She listened to me so intently, I swear she could understand every word. We had an incident when she was a puppy where she broke her leg and it was my fault it happened. When I told her this part, she tilted her head and the tongue went back in her mouth, as if to say, "Oh yeah! I had forgotten about that!" And then she licked my hand, like, "It's okay... I forgave you." I then told her what was going to happen when we went to the vet the next day and promised her that there would be more tennis balls than she had ever seen where she was going. And I made her promise she would be there to meet papa when he came to join her, as my father was very ill at the time.

It was honestly the most helpful thing I have ever done when losing a pet.

Low blow, Peachy. Some of us do anonymous. Apologize.

Just because you’ve been here since 2001 doesn’t mean SugarHoneyIcedTea.

You don’t come on a thread and be disruptive. And that’s according to Jim Robinson’s rules.

So a friend is here this morning... he lives near the AFB on the other side of town and said that the F-35s have been going really low over his house the past few nights. It's normal to hear the planes, but not this low, not this late at night, and not this often. He says a friend who lives next to the base told him that something's up and everyone is murmuring about it.

I wouldn't put it past Brandon to just have them running exercises to freak people out.

More dog slide.

That’s such a sweet, but sad, story! One fear of mine is letting them be in pain. For the last week, Taterbug’s back legs are getting really weak and she staggers. They told me that bladder cancer will spread so I suspect it’s getting in her spine also.

Dogs are masters at hiding pain and pretending they are OK. This Vet we are seeing today will know the signs. One thing I asked him when he diagnosed her was to please don’t let me let her go too long. I’d rather do it a day too early than a minute too late.

I could never have asked for a healthier sweeter dog. In all of her almost 15 years, this is the only time she has been sick. She went annually for her shots and exam plus heartworm checks and has always been perfect. She has never even had parasites. So, when she was diagnosed with cancer, I was in shock.

No ones dissing you and by room they mean the Q thread. If you lurked here (which I’m guessing you have not, or very little) you’d recognize it’s the threadgeist of our merry band of FreeQ’s.

I reckon so. It appears to be a slowly moving storm. That way the criminals have more time to crap their pants, expose themselves fully, and the public doesn’t have to wake up so fast that they come unglued. I sure would like to see Durham’s action before “later this summer” but I’ll take it when t comes.

Just read this, apparently from a Kash Patel video that I can’t view beacuse Telegram, btw this channel has great news snips; Telegram is great. If I have time I’ll post a compendium from Tel.later today.

https://t.me/s/TheStormHasArrived17/8242

Kash Patel says his timeline for more Durham indictments is “later this summer.” He explained why the Durham investigation is taking so long.

“John Durham is working on the largest criminal enterprise ever perpetuated in U.S. history…

He’s put 24 people in a grand jury, as he’s told us. He has indicted the FBI’s lawyer, the Hillary Clinton campaign’s lawyer and the source for the Steele Dossier - and he’s meticulously laid out who else he’s investigating. The likes of Jake Sulllivan and Fusion GPS - and he’s specifically stated that his investigations into those people he has already indicted is not over.”

He continued on to explain the significance of the fact that there have been NO LEAKS.

From same channel:

Meanwhile Lindell is hand delivering 40,000 affidavits alleging voter fraud to Georgia officials this morning.

This guy is a legend.
