I’ve been taking NAC (usually 600mg/day, but 1200/day if feeling sick), 1000mg of Vitamin C with 250 mg of Quercetin, melatonin about 2-3 times/week, and about 10,000 IU of D3/day, together with substantial amounts of Vitamin K, magnesium and resveratrol (the latter 3 help to either absorb D3 more effectively or, in the case of K, make sure that the calcium that D3 helps to produce stays in my bones and doesn’t migrate to soft tissue like my arteries).
Hopefully the graphene and other crap in my system (since I was fool enough to get 2 shots last Spring) are minimized. I’ve been sick with fever twice since getting the shots, but neither was too severe.
