The Wayne State School of Mortuary Science is located in my former EMS stomping ground. That school is well known in the business and has students from around the world.
One of the fill in Medics for me or my regular partner for when we are on vacation or a LOA (injured) also worked at the Wayne County Morgue.
She was an assistant for the Chief Doc there.
She graduated from WSU School of Mortuary Science.
She was a co-worker and friend.

There are now 2. A woman from Missouri came forward to Steve K. She saw Hirschmann (sp?) and called him. She has not kept samples, but says she did take pics and that colleagues have reported privately having found same.
Not to fret: it WILL all come out as more and more people overcome fear of retribution and come forward.
