The first link is to a known anti-vax website.
But let’s examine the story.

First you’ll need to know that there are different types of blood or blood product infusions.

I used “transfusion” because that’s the word people know a blood infusion by.

There is Pack Red Blood Cells, Whole Blood, and Plasma.

Someone in a vehicle accident for example might get Whole Blood after their blood is typed and matched. In trauma where heavy bleeding can occur, because of the loss of volume in the patients veins and arteries (their blood pressure is dropping) you want to give them volume to bring up their BP and replace the Whole Blood they lost.

Packed Red Blood Cells is mostly used for a variety of medical conditions.
Although in trauma PRBCs can be used, it’s mostly used to infuse the patient with Red Blood Cells that carry O2.
Examples of a patient with low RBCs are: Renal Failure, Cancer, Loss Liver function, small G.I. Bleed, among a few.

Plasma has many uses besides infusion.
Plasma is in fact rarely infused in most American Hospitals nowadays.
From Plasma sutures are made, it’s used in skin graphs, medications (injectable) and other products.

Your second link is more of a report and not claiming the American Red Cross (which handles almost all of our blood supply) is demanding unvaccinated blood.

Because people are requesting only unvaccinated blood for transfusions (infusions) that doesn’t mean that’s what they’re going to get.

The hospital gets their blood product supply from the Red Cross.
The Red Cross is tasked with testing the blood and acquiring it from donors.

The hospital hasn’t a clue who’s blood has been vaccinated or not.
They don’t know what race the donor is.
They don’t know the age, whether the donor is vaccinated against shingles, or chicken pox, the eye color or the religious beliefs of the donors.

So a bunch of anti-Covid-vaccine people are requesting something from the hospital and the hospital can’t fulfill that request.

One more thing.
The Red Cross primarily doesn’t deal with plasma or plasma products.
There are private labs set up to pay donors for their plasma.
While blood is removed, it’s spun, the plasma rises to the top and then removed and the remainder of the donor’s blood is given back to them.

So homeless people, drunks, druggies, hookers, and all kinds of delightful people are usually the ones donating their plasma for pay.
Fast easy money.
Most of those clinics are set up right in the heart of homeless drug infested areas.

How can this be? Why would they want plasma from these people??
Because plasma is not infused typically but used in other medical products.
It’s sterilized then made into sutures. Or whatever.
