I heard Bugs Bunny use it in a cartoon decades ago,
but didn't know what it meant at the time.

I happened upon it now while casting about for a 'P' word
that expressed how I feel about current/recent GOP
politicians. And I didn't want to use the crude slang term
for an important part of the female anatomy - however
accurate it may be.

So Bugs Bunny and the online Oxford English dictionary
to the rescue...
