Depends on the voters in his area. Being divisive is risky, but sometimes risk is necessary to win.

Agreed. Such an ad would lose you more votes than you would gain.

I assume he’s running against other Republicans at this time. If so this could be a smart move. Definitely not in the general. Problem is that Kelly would bring it up should he get the nomination.
