Either no milk or lots of milk depending on whether I am doing Atkins or not.

Foods have more vitamin a than we need. Milk sellers threatened by the U.S. government add vitamin a to skim milk. I suggest not consuming foods with added vitamin a. Excess vitamin a causes kidney problems.
When drinking milk it is usually 2% or 1%, seldom skim. I don’t add much Vitamin A when I take supplements, usually just what is in my one daily type multivitamin/mineral tablet. Sometimes extra cod liver oil. Also my blood pressure is not particularly high except when I am nervous and talk too much. It has also tested as low as 100 over 64, but more commonly around 127 over 71 when my mood is good.
