People on keto diets have kidney problems a lot more often. I suggest stopping it and consuming sugar until feeling full.
That is crazy talk to say “consume sugar until you are full.”
I only used a strict keto diet in 2006 to get my weight down from 155 to the 130s, then I started adding more quality whole carbs. Why would I ever want to consume sugar to feel full?? More salad does the job and feeling full was never a problem doing Atkins. I have occasionally done a short Atkins when my weight has crept up, but mostly am just eating a careful healthy diet. On holidays or special dinners out I eat a very small meal early that day, and then eat whatever I want. The next day I also eat very little.
