I always thought the Cattleman’s Steakhouse in Fort Worth was one of the oldest but it opened in 1947. Just a young whippersnapper compared to these.

As a boy we’d go to Cattleman’s downtown Dallas as a treat .....I’d share the chateaubriand with my mom
