a small handheld nebulizer. Never used one before. What I’m reading says food grade hydrogen peroxide is a good thing to use with it, but I’m seeing it comes in 3%, 6% and 12% solutions. Which one do I buy?

Some of the food grade H2O2 comes in 35%, and you have to dilute it down with distilled water.

3% H2O2 is good for room air humidifier.

1.5% if you will be directly inhaling it.

The water MUST be saline or it’s dangerous!!

I used 3% food grade in my saline water with 2 drops of 2% Lugol’s iodine.
