Okay, my sinuses are kicking my butt with my winter allergies, so I just ordered a small handheld nebulizer. Never used one before. What I’m reading says food grade hydrogen peroxide is a good thing to use with it, but I’m seeing it comes in 3%, 6% and 12% solutions. Which one do I buy?
I can sympathize and empathize with those of you with breathing problems, as this has been keeping me up a lot at night, and I’ve been quite sleep-deprived of late. I’m very thankful I got hit with the coof well before this happened, because I just can’t imagine it all at once... actually, this is way worse than the coof was for me, which was over and done in a couple days. Allergy season is more like 2 months on average.
