That would mean if the State claims that earth is a pretzel. If you disagree that is misleading the narrative.
I'm only reading what it says. They might get away with braking into a lot of doors with this. Prosecuting those that can't afford to defend themselves would be the only people that would be going to jail. Unless they hold them for years without a hearing (IE: Jan 6)
