Absolutely! Somewhere, contract law enters into this. They collect money, to donate to a specific cause, any deviation from this should be considered breach of contract, and investigated for conspiracy to commit mail fraud.

I'm sure that with $10 million in donations that there are donors from every state in the United States which that means that every Attorney General in the US can indict GoF*ckMe. Is a clear case of fraud and if they do not prosecute then you know what side they are really on.
