If its likely, that means they are guessing, so they don’t actually know if losing weight does anything. Apparently losing weight is a cure all

Last time I got on scale, I was 117. Ten years ago, I was 140. Did not go on a diet, just got old and rather bored with food. Literally forget to eat. Healthiest person I know.

Plus, haven’t eaten wheat since I read the book, Wheat Belly, by Wm Davis, MD ten years ago. He suggests eating all the meat and butter you want, taking many supplements, and ditching wheat. After a month on the diet, my LDL went down 40 points to absolutely normal. Had it tested last month. Still absolutely normal.
