Yes. I was BORN there at Crawford W. Long Hospital in 1950. Grew up there in the 60s before I shipped out for 8 years overseas.
I abandoned and disavowed it long before you or anyone else ever thought about it. I don’t do any business there, or buy anything it offers or that which its denizens could reasonably profit from. I moved from there half a century ago and want nothing to do with it. I do everything I can to stop its influence on my state. The rest of Oregon should try it. Your next question?
atlanta, the se fruitfly capitol of the country...
brother I have been there, rafted the Chattahoochee..
I’m supposed to be impressed now? Been there done that dozens of time. I remember when the bridge across the hootch at Johnson Ferry Road was a one-lane RR bridge with two pavement strips for tires. This has nothing to do with the politics of America’s two countries now - urban crap holes and the rest-of-the-state(s).
All I’m saying is “DO SOMETHING!” Even if it’s just putting “Hey, we’re not Portland!” on their cheese labels. THEN, I might buy some.
why nit just sell good cheese? why be political?
If you live in Portland vote the bums out, if you live in ga don’t boycott me
the land of Stacey Abrams..., you got work to do son.
Nope. Whether you accept it or not, our lives and future are controlled by politics. We didn’t start it but we are gonna finish it. Take a stand.
Georgia is NOT the land of Stacy. Recognize that first off. What they did to steal the election happened in no more than 5 counties of this state.
Thanks for the platitudes from someone who has no clue about anything outside of his tiny, tiny, little local sphere. My wife and I have lived in Washington our entire lives. When we were born, outside of Seattle this was a mostly conservative place.
What happened since then? We had a huge influx of people from outside the state. An invasion actually. If we talk to people around our age in the community a very small minority were actually born here. A much larger number came from California.
We have both been very politically active for decades. But standing up to this overwhelming wave of new arrivals has been largely futile. But we keep trying... My wife is an excellent public speaker and is invited to speak at countless political events, and she truly inspires people. It is so amusing to hear from someone like you who likely has never faced any similar challenges, pontificating about your brand of ignorant nonsense. I don't really blame you... but you have not got a clue.
If you want to know what it is really like, you are going to have to move to a blue state and try to stand up to the current. But you know what? You would not last more than a short time because you feel tough only because you are used to an environment where no one challenges you. I had an “invasion of the body snatchers” like confrontation with some of my neighbors the other day when I said that 100s of thousands of kids dying in hospitals from Covid was propaganda. The entire group turned into a mob. When is the last time you had a similar experience?
My undies carry cheese.
‘nuff said.
I wear boxers :)
Take heart amid the deepening gloom that your dog is finally getting enough cheese.
my dawg lubbed him some cheese
You know nothing about me with your assumptions. Be content and flounder in the leftist filth, then.
You know nothing about me with your assumptions.
Why don’t you inform me? What do you know about winning back blue states after they have been over run? It sounds like you have run away every time from your other posts. Started out in Georgia and ran away long ago.
You have imploded your argument with this statement. Substitute Washington for Georgia and you will see where you got detoured off the path toward reasoned discussion. Better luck next time.
cheesy!
Poor lil Heide!!
