Thanks, gub. I just saw a guy from DC, saying the vaccine mandate for indoor dining was a month old and now abruptly ending. But in that time period, he mentioned some popular restaurants that were shut down for failure to check vaccine status.
I’m wondering if these businesses would have any luck trying to sue? That makes me mad to see hard working business owners lose everything over political whims.
I wish they would. But who - the city? state? The same people who put in the mandates? I don't think they would be too successful.
I'm wondering if Life Insurance companies will begin to sue for the untimely deaths they are seeing? At least they would have a lot of money to hire lawyers. But I'm really waiting for some class action lawsuits of some kind.
