I’m in New England and I’m not worried. I grow everything I really need. I’ll be growing more this year. My freezer is FULL of meat.

With seafood,crawfish,lobster,fish,shrimp, if stuff is blast frozen at 40 below for four hours it can be held at 0-5 below for up to a year.

Don't know about meat.
